Jar of 100% raw lavender honey from Provence gives off flowery scents and provides a nice length in the mouth. Its subtle aromas will make you melt with pleasure. Its color is clear and its crystallization fine.
This pure honey was harvested in July in the south of France. At the time of flowering, the fields of lavender are adorned with a magnificent violet blue color with a powerful smell. As with most melliferous plant species, the climatic conditions have a considerable influence on the harvest. Our Lavender Honey is extracted with extreme care and processed cold to maintain its unique flavor and nutritional value.
