We do not employ the Chefs listed on the Platform. Each Chef operates as an independent contractor and is solely responsible for the performance and quality of their services.
2. Use of the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting any request or booking form and not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and engagements are requests until confirmed by both the Client and the Chef. Prices shown represent service fees, not product purchases. Payments may be collected by Le Petit Marché 2025 as an intermediary on behalf of the Chef. Once a payment is processed, the Chef assumes full responsibility for delivering the service.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations or refund requests must follow our Service Cancellation Policy available on the website. We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund bookings in cases of misuse, late cancellation, or policy violation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Le Petit Marché 2025 acts only as a facilitation platform. We are not liable for the quality, conduct, or timing of any Chef’s service; any damages, losses, or injuries arising from engagements; or any disputes between Clients and Chefs.
You agree to hold Le Petit Marché 2025, its owners, and staff harmless from any claims or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and media, is the property of Le Petit Marché 2025 and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written consent.
