Le Petit Marché was founded by Nicolas Reynard, a French culinary professional with over 25 years of experience in luxury gastronomy and private service.
After years in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Nicolas dedicated the last seven years of his career to serving as a private chef for one ultra-high-net-worth family in Singapore.
