1. Independent Contractor Status
All Chefs listed on Le Petit Marché 2025 are independent contractors. They are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Le Petit Marché 2025. Each Chef is fully responsible for their professional conduct, tools, and compliance with food hygiene, licensing, and safety requirements in Singapore.
2. Role of the Platform
Le Petit Marché 2025 provides a matching and coordination service between Clients and Chefs. We do not control or supervise how Chefs perform their work, nor do we guarantee any Chef’s performance, punctuality, or availability.
3. Client Acknowledgment
By engaging a Chef through our Platform, Clients acknowledge and agree that they are entering into a direct engagement with the Chef, not with Le Petit Marché 2025. We are not responsible for any incidents, damages, injuries, or losses occurring during or after the service. Clients are encouraged to confirm all details directly with the Chef before finalising a booking.
4. Indemnification
Clients and Chefs agree to indemnify and hold harmless Le Petit Marché 2025, its directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from services arranged through the Platform.
5. Insurance and Compliance
Chefs are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and food-handling certifications as required by Singaporean law.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute between a Client and a Chef, Le Petit Marché 2025 may assist with communication but is not obligated to provide mediation, refund, or compensation.
7. Acceptance
