Shipping Policy

Once your order has been paid, you will be notified.

Order Fulfillment: We use a fulfillment logistic partner for all our local deliveries.

Delivery Schedule: All orders received before 10am will be delivered on Next 2 Business Day between 9am-5pm.  Orders received after 10am will be delivered on Next 3 Business Day between 9am-5pm. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

You will receive an SMS notification once your order is scheduled for delivery and you will also have an option to reschedule delivery (up to 5 working days) via SMS link.

Missed Delivery: If no one is present to receive the order during the scheduled delivery; it will be reschedule on the next business day and applicable re-delivery fee will apply ($15). If your delivery still fail on our second attempt, we will contact you to reschedule and applicable re-delivery fee will apply ($15) again.

Free Shipping on all orders of $200 and above.

Delivery Charge of $15 if order below $200.

Re-Delivery Fee $15.

Return & Exchange Policy

The products sold are not refundable.
